Overview

We supported a long-standing fulltime religious school that was struggling to keep up with its own growth. Operating on legacy systems and informal routines, the school needed a fresh operational foundation to better serve its students and staff.

The Result

The audit uncovered several critical inefficiencies and provided a clear, practical plan for operational uplift. Leadership gained visibility over previously hidden issues, and the school now has the means to move towards a more professional, compliant structure, equipped with the tools and clarity needed to grow sustainably.
